The back arrow button appears to have been cut or sheared off flush to the face plate (still works).

We have tested this unit to power up and performed some of the basic testing we found in a manual on the internet and didn't receive any error messages.     Through our inspection we have determined this to be a fully functional unit in good working condition. Calibration will need to be checked. We will include a power cord only as we do not have any extra cables to include in this listing. We are offering free shipping to the contiguous 48 states.
